Jurisdiction: Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.
Arbitration: Before initiating court proceedings, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation for a minimum of 30 days. If unresolved, disputes may be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (India).
