AnalyticsGlobe is the dedicated subsidiary and finance arm of Justivia Legal Ventures LLP, a company incorporated under the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008, with its registered office in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.

For the purposes of data protection law, Justivia Legal Ventures LLP is the Data Controller in respect of personal data collected through the AnalyticsGlobe platform at analyticsglobe.cloud.

2. What Data We Collect

Account Data

  • Full name and email address (provided at registration)
  • Password (stored as a one-way bcrypt hash — never in plain text)
  • Profile image (if provided or imported from Google OAuth)
  • Wallet address (if you choose to connect a Web3 wallet)

Usage & Technical Data

  • IP address (used for security, rate limiting, and approximate geolocation)
  • Browser type, version, and operating system
  • Pages visited, features used, and time spent on the platform
  • Referring website or source
  • Device identifiers (desktop, mobile, tablet)

Cookies & Tracking

  • Session cookies (required for authentication — deleted when browser closes)
  • Preference cookies (remember your display settings)
  • Analytics cookies (track aggregate usage patterns — can be declined)
  • We do NOT use third-party advertising cookies or sell your data to advertisers

Payment Data

  • Payment is processed by PayPal — we never store card numbers or bank details
  • We retain transaction IDs and subscription status for billing purposes
  • PayPal's own privacy policy governs their handling of your payment data

4. Where Your Data Is Stored

Your personal data is stored in the following locations:

MongoDB Atlas (Primary Database)
Hosted on MongoDB Atlas cloud infrastructure. Data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). Atlas cluster is configured in a region compliant with our data residency requirements.
Upstash Redis (Session Cache)
Session tokens and rate limit counters are stored in Upstash Redis. This data is ephemeral and expires automatically. No personally identifiable data is stored in Redis beyond session tokens.

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, all personal data is permanently removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

5. Your Rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act 2023 (India) and GDPR (where applicable), you have the following rights:

Right to Access

Request a copy of all personal data we hold about you. We will respond within 30 days.

Right to Portability

Request your data in a structured, machine-readable format (JSON/CSV) for transfer to another service.

Right to Erasure

Request deletion of your account and all associated personal data. We will complete this within 30 days.

Right to Rectification

Request correction of inaccurate personal data held about you at any time.

Right to Restrict Processing

Request that we limit how we use your data while a dispute or correction request is pending.

Right to Withdraw Consent

Withdraw consent for marketing emails or analytics cookies at any time without penalty.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Privacy Policy and any disputes arising from it are governed by the laws of India, including:

  • Information Technology Act, 2000 and its amendments
  • Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023
  • Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices) Rules, 2011

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.

For users in the European Union, we additionally comply with GDPR to the extent applicable. For California residents, we comply with CCPA requirements.
